Since we’ve been out on the streets, we’ve received tons of menu ideas from our loyal fans. Some good, some not so good, but regardless, we LOVE hearing your thoughts. As you may know, we work with local farmers and they give us their best and freshest ingredients. Each season we're asking fans can come up with their own menu idea that includes the “seasonal” ingredient, and then, vote to determine the winner.

You probably know that our menu consists of a variety of tacos and sliders which all incorporate aspects of Mexican and Southern American Barbecue. The challenge? Take the seasonal ingredient, apply the Mexicue concept and create a delicious taco or slider. .The winner will be featured on the Mexicue menu for the following season and will receive a $50 gift certificate to Mexicue.
